The software does not allow modifying the last opened date, which is the one feature I needed. I give it 4 out of 5.

I had a very important file on a exterior hard drive which I updated daily. The hard disk drive became unusable and as a temp. measure I transferred the file to a RW DVD which I prepared and formatted to act as a large floppy disk. (NERO)After updating this file the first time, I could not save it under the same name on this disk as the file had a R attribute. (Access denied) I tried to change the attribute to A but was unable to do so with the ATTRIB command after opening the command prompt.I downloaded ...

I downloaded a couple programs trying to change the date of my pictures (my camera's date was off 3 months to the minute). AttributeMagic Free was by far the easiest to get the task done! Thank you!

install failed very dissapointed. Installed the product but I can't start it. It gives an error. There is also no executable in the programgroup.

Nice Interface Hard to Use I was looking for something to correct the year on a bunch of JPG files (both in the EXIF data and file creation date). This tool wasn't really up to it, it has a nice (but a bit unintuitive) UI for single files but for multiple files it did not handle what I wanted (I could set a new date and time, but not adjust by a fixed amount).

It`s a good little tool It is a good little tool. But I rather it did not integrate into the windows side of things and operated as a stand alone. I does not do much more than Attribute magic Free version. But it does what it said it does.

A very handy tool febooti fileTweak 2.0 has everything I need for changing the attributes of a file. It is a fantastic tool.

Slick interface but... It appears to be much easier to use than Attribute Magic Pro, but unfortunately it couldn't do what I want. The current version only supports editing existing Exif headers; I need something that will allow me to add Exif headers to JPEG files which had them stripped by an image editing program.

We can now generate the .XLS files directly, exactly how we want them.
